PRIVACY POLICY
Pixeluxe Prints
Effective date 10/21/2026
1. Who we are
Pixeluxe Prints is a CutPrintShip brand based in Rocklin, California. This Privacy Policy explains how CutPrintShip, LLC, operating as CutPrintShip and Pixeluxe Prints ("we," "us," and "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information through pixeluxeprints.com, Pixeluxe Studio, orders, and related customer communications.
This policy covers visitors, account holders, customers, and people who contact us about a project. Please use the contact details below for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide can include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, billing and shipping addresses, account details, project specifications, order history, and messages to our team. If you ship to someone else, we also receive the recipient information you provide.
When you use Pixeluxe Studio or submit a project, we receive the photographs, artwork, reference files, filenames, and related information you upload, along with choices such as print dimensions, finish, orientation, crop, frame, quantity, and project notes. Files may contain personal information about you or other people, including embedded metadata.
When you purchase, payment providers process payment information. We receive the transaction information needed to manage your order, such as payment status and transaction references. Payment information is also subject to the provider's privacy practices.
Our website and service providers may collect technical information, including IP addresses, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral information, activity times, cookie identifiers, and interactions with website features. We also receive information needed to fulfill orders from payment, shipping, and other service providers.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and quotes; operate accounts, saved projects, and the cart; prepare files and previews; process payments; produce, inspect, package, and deliver orders; provide customer service and remakes; and maintain transaction and business records.
We also use information to understand website performance, troubleshoot problems, improve our services, prevent fraud and misuse, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations. If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message. Order updates and other necessary service messages may continue.
4. Artwork and uploaded files
You keep ownership of your photographs and artwork. Uploading a file gives us the limited permission described in our Terms and Conditions to handle the file and complete the services you request.
We may provide access to the people and service providers who need the files for storage, technical support, production, quality checks, delivery, or resolving an order issue. Submitting an order does not give us permission to publish your artwork in advertising or a portfolio; that requires your separate permission.
Please upload only material you have permission to share, including any personal information about other people. Keep your own original files. Pixeluxe Studio and order records should not be relied on as your only backup.
5. When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to providers that support website hosting, business systems, file storage, payments, communications, analytics, production, order fulfillment, and shipping. For example, carriers need recipient and delivery information, and payment providers need information to process a transaction.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process, to protect people or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or separately agree.
The website tracking section below addresses analytics, advertising, and any sale or sharing of personal information.
6. Cookies analytics and online tracking
The website uses essential cookies and similar storage to support functions such as sign-in, security, cart operation, and remembering cookie choices. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.
The site includes Google Analytics for website usage measurement and Cloudflare Web Analytics for website performance and usage measurement. These services may process technical and interaction information. Their technologies and data practices can differ; not all measurement relies on cookies.
The current cookie banner offers "Only essentials" and "I agree." Use the available cookie choices to control optional cookies. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings. A browser setting may affect website features and may not control every type of processing.
[COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLICATION: State whether advertising or remarketing features are enabled, whether any disclosure constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, how people can opt out, and how the live website responds to Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.]
7. How long we keep information
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, considering the type of information, the services requested, account and saved-project activity, order support and reorder needs, security, and legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Order, payment, tax, and dispute records may need to be kept after an account closes or an artwork file is removed. You can request deletion of personal information or uploaded files using the contact details below. Retention needed for legal obligations, resolving disputes, or other lawful purposes may continue. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle ends. We do not promise permanent storage or immediate removal from every backup.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
Contact us to ask about the personal information we hold, correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your account or uploaded files. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct or delete it, opt out of certain uses or disclosures, or appeal a decision. If applicable California law covers our processing, California residents may also have rights to know about collection and disclosures, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment for exercising protected rights.
We handle requests according to the law that applies, including any permitted exceptions. An authorized agent may submit a request where the law allows; we may need proof of authority. These statements do not require you to waive any privacy right.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a strong account password, keep access details private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
10. Children
Our website is intended for customers placing print orders and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it. Photographs of children submitted by an authorized adult are handled as uploaded artwork under this policy.
11. Where information is processed
We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. Any protections required by applicable law still apply.
12. Other websites
Links, payment services, or third-party features may take you to services with their own privacy policies. Review those policies when you use those services.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy and effective date on this page and provide any additional notice or choice required by law.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOLLOW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pixeluxe Prints
Effective date 10/21/26
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to pixeluxeprints.com, Pixeluxe Studio, and purchases from CutPrintShip, LLC, operating as CutPrintShip and Pixeluxe Prints ("Pixeluxe," "we," "us," and "our"). Pixeluxe Prints is a CutPrintShip brand based in Rocklin, California.
Please review these terms before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase. You must be legally able to enter a contract, or place the order with the authorization of someone who can. If you order for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.
Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Products options and pricing
We print photographs and artwork on ChromaLuxe aluminum panels. Available options may include Gloss White, Matte White, Clear Gloss, and compatible inset frames. Sizes, finishes, frames, availability, and prices are the options shown for the selected product in the live catalog.
Review the complete order total, including any taxes, shipping, or approved additional services, before paying. A displayed error does not require us to fulfill an order on incorrect terms. If we discover a material price, availability, or description error affecting your order, we will contact you with the corrected information and give you the choice to proceed or cancel for a refund of the affected unfulfilled purchase.
3. Orders and payment
Full payment is required before production unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that the website received your order; it does not resolve a payment failure, an unavailable option, or an issue with submitted files.
We may contact you for information needed to complete an order, or decline an order we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled purchase. We will obtain your agreement before adding a charge for a changed specification or extra service.
4. Your files and rights to the artwork
You are responsible for having the copyrights, licenses, consents, and other permissions needed for the files you submit and the prints you request. This includes permission involving identifiable people, third-party artwork, logos, or other protected material when required. Do not submit unlawful material or material that infringes someone else's rights.
You keep ownership of your files. You give us a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, copy, process, crop as you direct, reproduce, inspect, and share the files with necessary service providers to complete your requested services and address related support issues. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated public promotional use. Any portfolio, social media, or advertising use of your artwork requires separate permission.
Keep your own originals and backups. File retention and privacy requests are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Online proofing and order approval
Choose your product size and finish on the product page, then open Pixeluxe Studio to upload and prepare your image. Review the orientation, crop, print dimensions, finish, quantity, and any compatible inset frame before checkout.
Proofing takes place online as you add the configured print to your cart and complete payment. Completing payment approves the choices and preview submitted with the order. A separate manually prepared proof is not included unless we agree to provide one.
You are responsible for reviewing the submitted crop, spelling or other content in your artwork, image quality, and selected options. We may flag an issue when we notice one, but an order does not include a comprehensive file or design review unless separately agreed. Approval does not excuse a production error or remove rights relating to defective goods.
6. Color finish and preview appearance
A screen preview is a guide to the image and configuration, not an exact physical color or surface proof. Screens, calibration, lighting, image quality, and the selected finish affect appearance. Gloss White and Matte White use a white base. Clear Gloss allows the aluminum to influence the image, including areas that appear white in the file.
Consider a 4 x 6 inch sample when comparing surfaces or planning a larger display. Contact our print experts before ordering if you have a critical color or presentation requirement. A particular color-matching or correction service applies only when specifically agreed.
7. Production time
Our standard production estimates are 2 to 3 business days for unframed prints and 4 to 5 business days for framed prints. These estimates begin after payment and receipt of the complete, approved, production-ready order. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Carrier transit time is additional.
A custom request, order change, unresolved file issue, large order, or other circumstance may require a different production estimate. We will communicate a revised estimate when applicable. If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide the notice and choice to accept a delay or receive a refund required by applicable law.
8. Shipping delivery and pickup
Shipping options, destination eligibility, and charges are shown at checkout or in an agreed quote. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from production time. Review your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correction.
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution. Any rights you have under applicable delivery and consumer laws remain in effect.
Pickup is available only when offered for your order. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before coming to collect it.
9. Shipping damage
We package prints with care. If an order arrives damaged, keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials, and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the damage. When possible, include photos of the print, the outer package, and the interior protection.
We will review the issue with you and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement. Please do not discard or return damaged items until we provide instructions. Prompt reporting helps us address the problem and any carrier claim; this request does not reduce a legal right you may have.
10. Returns exchanges and remakes
Each custom print is made from the artwork and specifications supplied for the order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different preferred size or finish, or a customer-approved crop or file choice.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are dissatisfied or believe your order has a defect, printing error, or other production problem, contact us with your order number, photos when useful, and a clear description of the issue. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution, including a remake or another remedy when warranted.
The custom-order policy does not exclude remedies required by law for damaged, defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly produced goods. It does not limit a refund required for an order we cannot fulfill.
11. Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check its production status. A change may sometimes be possible before shipment, including during production, but it is not guaranteed and may affect price or timing.
Custom orders generally cannot be canceled for a refund once production has begun, except where the law requires a refund or we agree otherwise. A request alone does not stop production; wait for our confirmation. If a requested change creates an additional cost, we will explain the cost and obtain your approval before proceeding.
12. Frames mounting and care
Only select an inset frame or other option compatible with the print configuration offered in the catalog. Follow the mounting and care instructions supplied with the product. Use attachment hardware and wall anchors appropriate for the wall and the complete installed weight, and obtain qualified installation help when needed.
Refer to the product listing and any express written warranty for the purchased product's specifications, intended use, included hardware, and warranty coverage.
13. Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, access another person's account or files without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
The Pixeluxe and CutPrintShip names, site content, branding, and other material we own or license remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the website to browse and place orders. These terms do not transfer ownership of our website material to you.
14. Website availability and liability
We work to keep the website and Studio available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Contact us if a technical problem affects your order.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising from a particular order is limited to the amount paid for that affected order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from that order. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury. They do not restrict a nonwaivable consumer remedy or an obligation to provide a legally required refund.
15. Applicable law and updates
California law governs these terms, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
We may update these terms for future use of the site and future purchases. The terms presented when you placed an order govern that order unless a change is required by law or you separately agree to it. We will post the updated effective date when changes take effect.
